Every photo day is different based on the sport, team, and location. However, the following is a general overview:

1. Arrival: Families should arrive 5 minutes before their designated photo time to check in.
2. Line-Up: Athletes will line up at their designated photo station for individual photos.
3. Photo Session: Once it's your turn for photos, get ready to have fun! Since you will receive multiple photos in your gallery to choose from, we will capture smiles, game faces, buddy/sibling shots, silly faces, etc. It's all about having fun!
4. Team Photo: If your team/club is doing a team photo, you will receive instructions via email.

And... that's it! Simple, easy, and fun!

Once your photos are ready, you will receive an email with instructions on how to view your images.

Absolutely!  Sibling photos are available and you'll be able to select from multiple poses when your gallery is ready. If taking a buddy photo with friends then both families will be able to see just the buddy pics and select the one(s) they like the best for their order.

There are multiple products available to purchase:

• Digitals files are available for purchase starting at just $19.99
• Multiple package options of prints, digitals, and prints + digitals are available. Prints start at $15.99 and packages at $29.99
• Wide range of products available from wallets, buttons, trading cards, standard prints, poster prints, canvases, aluminum prints, magnets, banners, etc.. Prices range from $10.99 and up.

Your order will be dropped shipped to the mailing address that you enter when checking out. You will also receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can track the shipment.

Yes 😀  Everyone on the team will receive an email to their private gallery once the team photo is ready. If you opted not to take individual photos then you will just see the team photo in your gallery. From there you will be able to order a print copy.

Absolutely! High-resolution digitals downloads are now available in various packages or as a la carte items. Purchasing them bundled in a package offers the biggest savings and also ensures you receive professional prints with your order.

When ordering the social media and high-resolution digital images, they will be made available for download after check out.

If you purchase the "Buy All" high-resolution images in your gallery, then we will package all your gallery images, and once ready we'll send you an email with a link to download them.
