Here’s how this works. Your $25 covers a reserved photo spot for one swimmer in one heat. We’ll be right there capturing their swim, and all of your swimmer’s photos will land in your very own private online gallery just for your family.

That $25 isn’t just a booking fee, it’s a credit. Once your gallery is ready, you’ll get an email with a link and a credit code, and that $25 can go straight toward your favorite digital downloads or prints, both of which start at $25. We offer an assortment of print products in various sizes as well as a Buy All digital package if you love all your photos!

A couple of important things to keep in mind before you book. We can only take photos of one athlete per heat, so spots are extremely limited and once yours is booked it’s reserved just for you. Because finals heats are announced on a very tight turnaround, and we move quickly to lock in our shortlist right after, we are not able to accept any changes, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed, for any reason, including no shows or heat info that doesn’t match who actually swam. This applies whether the request comes by email, phone, or in person. Please reference your official meet program for the exact event number, heat number, and lane number, and reach out to us before ordering if anything looks unclear.
